Our design and engineering department utilizes the latest advancements in CAD/CAM. Our abilities to design and construct are virtually unlimited.

Three dimensional imaging makes it possible for us to develop, visualize, and tangibly verify your design before actually making the piece.

Our digitizing capabilities enable us to reverse engineer tooling to continually meet our customerís needs.

We run the following design/engineering software in a Windows NT environment:

Tool & Die/Machining
Our company can handle all your tool & die needs.Ý Our experienced tool makers can repair and build new tooling for the manufacturing, stamping, and molding industries.Ý We can custom build progressive dies, form dies, blanking dies, automated assembly equipment, and fixtures.

Metal Fabrication-Material Handling
We offer a wide variety of custom metal products fabrication. Our services range from prototype to complex production runs and from simple fabrication to sophisticated industrial, pneumatic, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.

Hydroform Press Systems
For forming of your complex tubular parts, complete with in-house annealing and laser cutting.

Stamping
Our stamping facilities have over 50 individual presses with current maximum press capacity of 500 tons and 72î x 156î beds.Ý We can run progressive, transfer, draw, form and blanking dies.Ý Materials can be fed by coil strip or by piece.

Production Welding
Capable of meeting any customer need, from individual piece to high speed production (robotic welders) to repair welding of hardened tool steel, cast iron, aluminum, or stainless steel.

Maintenance
Our maintenance/electrical technicians are experienced trouble-shooters that can diagnose and repair complicated electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.

Assembly & Value Added Services
Additional services beyond traditional metal fabrication are provided to offer a one stop source to our customers.
